About The Village

At The Village: A Space for Healing, we understand that parenting is both beautiful and demanding. Like the pink flamingo, which loses its vibrant color under stress due to the energy it gives to nurture its young, many parents find themselves pouring endlessly into their children, careers, and responsibilities—often at the expense of their own well-being.

We are a sanctuary for mind, body, and soul, offering a space where parents, especially mothers, can reclaim their strength, restore their identity, and find balance. Through therapy, coaching, and holistic support, we help you rediscover your color—because when you thrive, so does your family.

Welcome to The Village, where healing begins, and you don’t have to do it alone.

How Therapy Can Help You

Psychotherapy is a supportive relationship where the therapist works with the client to obtain insight, process feelings, and learn strategies to manage or eliminate identified symptoms. Psychotherapy can help a person function better and can increase well-being and healing.

Each session is essentially a supportive session where the therapist holds a space to help the client process uncomfortable feelings, in addition to victories. The therapist uses various interventions, and expertise to assist the clients in trying to resolve some of life’s most challenging situations. The process can only happen in the context of a safe and supportive relationship. Professional therapists are bound by law to uphold confidentiality and protect privacy unless it involves saving someone’s life.

The therapist will give you the tools you need and actions to take home with you. This will help you build independence and handle difficult situations on your own. A therapist should guide you toward attainable goals and ones that work best for you throughout your sessions.
